Questions with regard to bondage toys and BDSM clothes have so many variables with regard to the acceptability factors of S & M in 2016. No! Because they get off in appropriate spaces, at home or something. Similarly, wearing leather in public is a kink, but is it wrong that I walk down the street in full leather? So finally, to answer your question. Sex in vanilla public spaces around impressionable children is wrong. Penetration in vanilla public spaces is wrong. Totally fine.
